How long does delivery take?
Each KALDOV sunshade is custom-made for your vehicle. Shipping is free, and delivery takes 7–15 days. You will receive tracking once your order ships.
Will it fit my car?
Yes — every KALDOV shade is built for a specific model and year. Select your year, make and model on this page (or send us your year, make, model and trim), and we match the correct size, including clearance for cameras and head-up displays where applicable.
Is installation difficult?
No. Installation takes about 5 minutes, needs no tools and no drilling, and the shade is powered through your car’s OBD port (12V–16V systems). A step-by-step installation video is on this page.
Does it use power when the car is off?
The shade runs on a quiet 12W motor with its own power switch, powered via the OBD port. Switch it off when parked for long periods.
What does the warranty cover?
Every KALDOV electric sunshade comes with a 1-year warranty covering the motor and the opening/closing mechanism. If it fails under normal use within the first year, contact us at support@kaldov.com or WhatsApp +852 5515 9204 and we will arrange repair or replacement.
What if I need to return it?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. If the shade does not fit the vehicle details you provided, or arrives damaged, contact us first — we will make it right. For change-of-mind returns, items are returned to our warehouse in China and return shipping is paid by the buyer, so please double-check your model and year before ordering, or ask us on WhatsApp first — we reply within 2 business days on fitment questions.
How is this different from a regular folding sunshade?
Folding shades have to be taken out, unfolded and stored every time, so most people stop using them. The KALDOV shade is installed once on your windshield and opens or closes with one button — full custom-fit coverage with nothing to store.
