These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of kaldov.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from KALDOV (“we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.
1. Products and fit
KALDOV sunshades are made for specific vehicle models and year ranges, listed on each product page. You are responsible for selecting the kit that matches your vehicle; we’re happy to confirm fit before you order. Product images may include renderings and may differ slightly from the actual product.
2. Safe and lawful use
Our sunshades are designed for use only while the vehicle is parked. Always fully retract the shade before driving. Many states restrict objects that obstruct the driver’s view of the windshield; you are responsible for using the product in accordance with local laws. A sunshade does not make a parked vehicle safe for children or pets.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
4. Orders
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, the shipping address is outside our delivery area, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, we refund you in full.
5. Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping, returns and warranty are governed by our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Warranty, which form part of these Terms.
6. Installation
Installation instructions are provided with each kit. Follow them carefully and do not modify your vehicle’s wiring. If you are unsure, consult a qualified installer.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, images and the KALDOV name, belongs to KALDOV or its licensors. Vehicle brand and model names are used only to describe compatibility; KALDOV is not affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
